Venue & Offer Terms
Good Vibe Tribe introduces you to venues and the offers they extend to members. The venue runs its own business. These terms explain where our responsibility ends and the venue's begins.
Last updated 25 July 2026. Operated by AGENTIC INTERNATIONAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16424508, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
1. Our role
We are an introduction and booking platform. We agree offers with venues, publish them, and pass approved guestlists to the venue’s door team. We do not own, operate, staff or control any venue, and we do not organise the events themselves.
2. Booking a guestlist place
- Applying to a guestlist is a request, not a confirmed place. The venue or our team reviews it.
- Places are limited and are often oversubscribed. An application may be declined simply because the list is full.
- When your booking is approved you receive a confirmation and a QR code in the app. Show it at the door.
- Your booking covers you alone unless the offer expressly includes guests, and it is not transferable.
- Arrival windows matter. If an offer specifies a time slot, arriving outside it may mean the offer no longer applies.
3. A booking is not a guarantee of entry
This is the most important thing on this page. A confirmed booking means the venue has reserved a place for you on its list. It does not override the venue’s right to decide who comes in.
A venue may lawfully refuse or remove you where:
- you do not meet its dress code;
- you cannot produce acceptable photo identification, or you do not meet its minimum age, which may be higher than ours;
- the venue has reached its licensed capacity;
- you appear intoxicated, or staff consider your behaviour unsafe, aggressive or disruptive;
- you arrive outside the arrival window for the offer;
- admitting you would breach the venue's licence or local law.
A refusal for one of these reasons is the venue’s decision and is not something we can reverse. If you believe you were refused unfairly or treated badly, tell us at hello@goodvibetribe.app — we take it up with the venue and it affects whether we keep working with them.
4. Local law and local customs apply
We operate in Dubai, Miami, Las Vegas and Bali, and the law is different in each. You are responsible for your own conduct under the law of the place you are in.
In the United Arab Emirates in particular, public decency, dress, alcohol and behaviour are regulated and the rules are stricter than in many other countries. Follow the venue’s guidance and local law at all times. We cannot help you with the consequences of breaking it.
5. Offers and perks
- Offers are provided by the venue and are subject to its availability on the night.
- Offers can be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time, including at short notice, and can run out.
- An offer is normally one redemption per member per visit, and cannot be combined with another offer unless it says so.
- Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, credit or anything else.
- Offers cannot be sold, transferred or shared with a non-member.
- Where an offer covers only part of what you order, you pay the venue for the rest at its normal prices.
- Attempting to redeem the same offer more than once, or coordinating with others to do so, is a breach of our Membership Terms and may close your account.
We publish offers in good faith based on what the venue tells us. If the details we show turn out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct them, but we cannot require the venue to honour something it did not agree to.
6. Changes and cancellations
If you need to cancel, do it in the app as early as you can. There is no charge and no penalty for cancelling. Cancelling late, or simply not arriving, is recorded as a no-show and issues an automatic warning, because the venue held a place for you and turned others away. See the Membership Terms.
If the venue cancels or changes an event, we will notify you in the app as soon as we know, and the booking is cancelled with no consequence to your record. Because you paid us nothing, there is nothing for us to refund. Anything you paid the venue directly — a deposit, for example — is between you and the venue, and the venue’s own terms apply. We will help you make contact.
If the event goes ahead but you were refused entry, tell us. We investigate, we take it up with the venue, and we remove any warning that resulted.
7. Your safety
Going out is your decision and you go at your own risk. Please look after yourself: tell someone where you are going, keep your own transport home in mind, watch your drink, and leave if a situation feels wrong.
If something happens at a venue that puts you or anyone else at risk, contact the local emergency services first. Then tell us at hello@goodvibetribe.app or report the venue in the app, so we can act on it.
8. Where our liability ends
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of a venue, its staff, its security or its other customers, nor for the quality, safety or availability of what a venue provides, nor for a venue’s decision to refuse or remove you. Our liability to you is limited as set out in section 11 of the Terms of Use, which does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
