Membership Terms

How you join Good Vibe Tribe, what membership gives you, what it costs, and the ways it can end. These terms sit alongside the Terms of Use.

Last updated 25 July 2026. Operated by AGENTIC INTERNATIONAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16424508, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

1. Membership is free

There is no membership fee, no subscription and no joining fee. There is nothing to buy inside the app: no in-app purchases, no premium tier, no credits and no paywall. Applying is free and being approved is free.

Because membership costs nothing, there is nothing to cancel, nothing to renew and nothing to refund. If you no longer want to be a member, you simply delete your account.

Money can still change hands at a venue. Food, drinks, a minimum spend, a table deposit, service charge, or entry that an offer does not cover are all matters between you and the venue, paid to the venue directly. We never take a payment from you and we do not act as agent for the venue in collecting one.

If we ever introduce a paid tier, we will give you clear notice in advance, the price and billing interval will be shown before you agree to anything, and no charge will ever be applied to an account retrospectively. Existing free membership will not be converted into a paid one without your explicit agreement.

2. Applying to join

Good Vibe Tribe is a private members’ club, and membership is by application. You apply in the app or on the website by giving your name, date of birth, home city, a short biography, contact details and photographs of yourself.

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your application must be truthful, and the photos must be of you and recent.
  • Our team reviews each application by hand. We aim to decide within a few days.
  • We may approve, decline, or ask you for more information.
  • Membership is granted at our discretion, and we are not required to give reasons for declining. Being declined is not a judgement about you and you are welcome to apply again later.

We keep an internal ranking, from 0 to 100, that our team uses when there are more applicants than places at an event. It is never shown to you or to any other member and it is not shared with venues.

3. What membership gives you

  • Access to see the events, venues and offers available in your city.
  • The ability to apply for a place on a guestlist, and to receive a QR code confirming a booking that has been approved.
  • The ability to redeem member perks in person at participating venues.
  • Reward points and tiers, which recognise attendance and good standing.
  • Notifications about events and your bookings, on the channels you choose.

Membership is an invitation to apply for these things. It does not guarantee a place at any particular event, and an approved booking does not itself guarantee entry to a venue — that is covered in the Venue & Offer Terms.

4. Membership is personal to you

Your membership, your account and any booking made under it belong to you alone. You may not:

  • let anyone else use your account or attend an event in your name;
  • sell, resell, auction, swap or give away a place on a guestlist, a booking QR code or a perk;
  • hold more than one account, or create a new account to get around a suspension;
  • redeem the same offer more than once where it is limited to one per member, or coordinate with others to do so;
  • use your membership to promote a business, recruit members, or solicit other members commercially without our written permission.

Breaking any of these is a serious breach and normally results in immediate closure of your account.

5. Good standing

Membership assumes you turn up to what you book. When you are approved for a guestlist, the venue holds a place for you and turns other people away to keep it.

  • Cancel in the app as soon as you know you cannot make it, and there is no penalty.
  • Not turning up without cancelling is recorded as a no-show and issues an automatic warning.
  • Warnings accumulate. Once they pass the published threshold, applications are suspended for a set period.
  • A warning can be revoked if you tell us what happened and we accept the explanation.

The current threshold and suspension length are shown on your Warnings screen in the app, because we may adjust them.

6. Your licence to use the app

Membership includes a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Good Vibe Tribe app and website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You are licensed to use the app; you do not own it, and we and our licensors keep all intellectual property in it. The full terms of that licence, including what you may not do with the app, are in section 5 of the Terms of Use.

7. How membership ends

You can leave at any time.Delete your account in the app under Menu → Account → Delete Account, or in Settings on the website. See the Account Deletion Policy.

We may suspend or end your membership where you breach these terms, the Terms of Use or the Community Guidelines; where a venue reports serious misconduct; where we are required to by law; or where we stop operating in your city. Unless the breach is serious or unlawful, we will tell you why and you may appeal.
