Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and the company that runs Good Vibe Tribe. By creating an account or using the app or website, you accept them.

Last updated 25 July 2026. Operated by AGENTIC INTERNATIONAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16424508, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

1. Who we are

Good Vibe Tribe (also presented as Dubai Girls Club) is operated by AGENTIC INTERNATIONAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16424508, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the service.

“Service” means the Good Vibe Tribe iOS app, the website at goodvibetribe.app, and the member, venue and admin portals within it.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We ask for your date of birth during the application and we may refuse or close an account if we believe the age given is not genuine.

Some venues and events set a higher minimum age than we do, and some require photo identification at the door. Meeting our minimum age does not guarantee entry anywhere. See the Venue & Offer Terms.

Good Vibe Tribe is a private members’ club. Membership is by application and is granted at our discretion. We are not obliged to accept an application, and we do not have to give reasons for a decision.

3. Your account

  • One account per person. Accounts are personal to you and cannot be shared, sold, lent or transferred.
  • The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date, including your name, date of birth and contact details.
  • Photos you upload must be of you, recent, and yours to upload.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity that happens under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at hello@goodvibetribe.app if you think someone else has access to your account.

4. Membership is free

Membership of Good Vibe Tribe is currently free. There is no subscription, no joining fee and nothing to purchase inside the app. We do not charge you to apply, to be approved, or to book a place on a guestlist.

Anything you spend at a venue — food, drinks, minimum spend, deposits, service charges or entry where an offer does not cover it — is a transaction between you and that venue, settled with the venue directly. We are not a party to it and we do not process those payments.

If we ever introduce paid membership, we will tell you in advance, and it will never apply retrospectively to a period you have already used for free. Full detail is in the Membership Terms.

5. Licence to use the app

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Good Vibe Tribe app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, and to use the website, for your own personal, non-commercial use as a member.

You do not own the app. You may not:

  • copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the app;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded;
  • rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or redistribute it;
  • remove or obscure any proprietary notice;
  • scrape, crawl or bulk-extract member profiles, venues, events or offers, by any automated means;
  • use the Service to build a competing product or dataset;
  • circumvent, disable or interfere with security, rate limits or access controls.

This licence ends automatically if your membership ends or if you breach these terms. On the App Store, this licence is granted by us and not by Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

6. Acceptable use

Our Community Guidelines set out in plain English what is and is not acceptable, and they form part of these terms. In summary, you must not use the Service to:

  • harass, threaten, stalk, bully or intimidate anyone;
  • post hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit or exploitative content;
  • impersonate anyone, or create a profile using another person's photos or identity;
  • solicit, advertise, recruit, promote a business or sell anything without our written permission;
  • run scams, phishing, or any financial or romance fraud;
  • share another member's photos, contact details or attendance anywhere outside the app;
  • do anything unlawful in the country you are in or the country the venue is in.

7. Content you upload

You keep ownership of the photos, biography text, notes and other content you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, resize and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service — showing your profile to our review team, showing your first name and photo to other members attending the same event, and sharing the guestlist with the venue you have booked.

This licence lasts only as long as we hold the content, and ends when you delete the content or your account.

Profile photos are stored in a publicly readable location, which means anyone holding the direct image link can view the image even without an account. Do not upload anything you would not be comfortable being seen outside the app. This is explained further in the Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that breaches these terms or the Community Guidelines, and we may do so without notice where the content is unlawful or puts someone at risk.

8. Reporting, warnings and suspension

You can report a member or a venue from inside the app, and you can block another member so that neither of you appears to the other. Reports go to our team, not to the person reported.

We operate a graduated moderation system:

  • Warnings are issued for breaches of these terms and for no-shows — booking a place and not turning up without cancelling. Warnings can be revoked if we accept your explanation.
  • Suspension follows when warnings accumulate beyond our published threshold, or immediately for serious breaches. A suspension stops you applying to events for a set period.
  • Termination — permanent closure of your account — applies to serious or repeated breaches, unlawful behaviour, or conduct that puts members, venue staff or the public at risk.

You may appeal a suspension from inside the app or by emailing hello@goodvibetribe.app. The process is described in Support & Complaints.

9. Ending your membership

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app, under Menu → Account → Delete Account, or from Settings in the member portal on the website. What is erased and what we must keep is set out in the Account Deletion Policy.

We may suspend or close your account where you breach these terms, where we are required to by law, or where we stop operating the Service. Unless the breach is serious or unlawful, we will tell you why.

10. Things we do not promise

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that:

  • the app or website will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times;
  • an application for membership will be approved;
  • a booking request will be approved, or that approval guarantees entry to a venue;
  • an event will go ahead, or that a venue will honour an offer, since venues control their own operations;
  • any member is who they say they are — we review applications, but we do not carry out identity or background checks.
Meeting people from the app is your decision and at your own risk. Meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and trust your instincts. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, guest or venue, whether online or in person.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for loss of profit, business, goodwill or opportunity, or for loss arising from the acts or omissions of a venue, an event organiser or another member. Because the Service is provided to you free of charge, our total liability to you for all claims arising in any twelve-month period is limited to GBP 100.

If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights that the law of your country of residence gives you, and nothing here takes those away.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service develops or as the law changes. When a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last updated. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you can delete your account.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections there.
