Community Guidelines
Good Vibe Tribe only works if it feels safe. These are the rules, in plain English, along with what we do when someone breaks them.
Last updated 25 July 2026. Operated by AGENTIC INTERNATIONAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16424508, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
The short version
Be who you say you are. Treat members, venue staff and everyone else with respect. Turn up to what you book. If something feels wrong, report it — we would much rather hear about it early.
What is not allowed
Harassment and abuse
- Harassing, bullying, intimidating or stalking anyone, online or in person.
- Threats of violence, or encouraging anyone to hurt themselves or someone else.
- Continuing to contact someone after they have asked you to stop.
- Sharing another member's photos, contact details, workplace or whereabouts outside the app.
Hate and discrimination
- Attacking or demeaning anyone on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristic.
- Hateful symbols, slurs or content that promotes a hate group.
Sexual content and exploitation
- Sexually explicit or pornographic photos anywhere on the platform, including profile photos.
- Unwanted sexual advances or sexual comments about another member.
- Any content involving a minor in a sexual context, or any attempt to contact a minor. We report this to the authorities without warning and permanently close the account.
- Advertising or arranging escort services, sex work or any transactional sexual arrangement.
- Trafficking, coercion or exploitation of any kind.
Fake profiles and impersonation
- Using someone else's photos, name or identity.
- Pretending to be a brand, a venue, a celebrity or a member of our team.
- Holding more than one account, or making a new account to get around a suspension.
- Applying on behalf of someone else, or letting another person use your account.
Scams and money
- Fraud of any kind, including romance scams, investment or crypto pitches, and phishing for logins or payment details.
- Asking other members for money, gifts or loans.
- Selling, reselling or swapping guestlist places, booking QR codes or member perks.
- Using your membership to promote a business, recruit, or sell products or services to other members without our written permission.
- Spam, bulk messaging or automated activity of any kind.
At the venue
- Abusing, threatening or being aggressive towards venue staff, security or other guests.
- Ignoring a venue's dress code, entry rules or reasonable instructions from its staff.
- Behaviour that risks the venue's licence, or anything unlawful in the country you are in.
- Damaging property, or leaving a bill unpaid.
- Repeatedly booking a place and not turning up. A place we hold for you is one the venue turned someone else away for.
Meeting people safely
If you are ever in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services first. Tell us afterwards so we can act on the account involved.
Reporting and blocking
Reporta member from the “Who’s Going” list on an event screen, or a venue from the menu on the venue screen. Tell us what happened in your own words. Reports come to our team only, and the person you report is never told who reported them.
Blocka member from the same menu. Blocking is mutual and immediate: neither of you will appear to the other in the app. The person you block is not notified. You can see and undo your blocks under Menu → Account → Blocked Members.
You can also email hello@goodvibetribe.app at any time, and you should if the matter is urgent or serious.
What happens when a rule is broken
We look at every report ourselves. We consider what happened, whether it has happened before, and the risk to other people. Depending on that, we may:
- remove content, such as a photo or a biography;
- issue a warning, which you can see on your Warnings screen and which can be revoked if we accept your explanation;
- suspend your account, which stops you applying to events for a set period — this happens automatically once warnings pass the published threshold, and immediately for serious breaches;
- permanently close your account, for serious, repeated or unlawful behaviour;
- report the matter to the police or another authority where someone is at risk or a crime may have been committed.
If you think we got it wrong
You can appeal. If your account is suspended, an appeal form appears in the app; otherwise email hello@goodvibetribe.app. Tell us what you think we misread. A person reviews every appeal — the automatic no-show warning is the only decision our system makes on its own, and it is always reviewable. The process and our response times are in Support & Complaints.
